Gina is passionate about helping people achieve their goals in New Zealand. She has been in the recruitment and immigration industry since 2015. Her Psychology and Human Relations Management background has greatly contributed to her understanding of human behaviour especially in the workplace. Back in the Philippines, she was a university professor for 20 years. She also worked as HR consultant for several companies. Her greatest passion is empowering people and communities. She has received awards and recognitions for her important contributions to the community by spearheading countless community projects in the Philippines. Her most priced possession is her family. For her, spending quality time with family is a blessing.

Jason is a worker’s rights advocate. He was a well-respected labour leader back in the Philippines. He was a university professor for 20 years teaching Philosophy, Labour Relations and Business Management. He also owned and managed his family’s farm before moving to New Zealand. He worked in the New Zealand dairy farming sector for almost 7 years before deciding to take a break and focus on conducting trainings in the Philippines. It was a big decision for him to stop working in New Zealand and go back to Philippines to train candidates who have the qualification but lack the experience to work in New Zealand dairy farms. The training is specifically designed to suit New Zealand standards. Aside from farming, he loves fishing, and playing volleyball. He also loves sharing his passion for financial literacy to his children and friends.
